Worst experience ever, we made booking at 8:30 we came and they told us for coffee and dessert walk in only and we didn’t know that bcz they didn’t tell us when we booked through the phone,, then my friend she doesn’t drink coffee and they made us order for each person coffee, and the host in the door was treating us not that nice, so we waited a long time and then there is no even nice smile… My last time in this restaurant never again And the table was dirty.

I had my most terrible fine dinner experience in my whole life. The staff is so rude, no manners. When I first entered she said “You have to order dinner first then coffee” all of sudden! Excuse me? Other than that they just bring the bill for us to pay without us asking for it. When I left home one of the staff called me on WhatsApp asking me to send her money on her personal bank account to “pay the rest of the bill” because she added by mistake only the coffee bill. What’s funny and embarrassing is that I was invited, only the reservation was under my name, so calling me to demand to pay the bill? That was the weirdest thing ever happened in my life. Even when the manager called I told her “is this a fine dining manners? If your employee made a mistake is it also mine?”Better for this restaurant to close to be honest. To be fair the food was nice but the pizza. Tiramisu was literally tasteless I don’t recommend. Food service is ok. Atmosphere mid, tables were so close wasn’t comfortable. The type of people attending was quite for show not for having an experience.

Although I have always wanted to visit MAMO restaurant, I was shocked with rudeness of staff and unacceptable behavior. However, as a reviewer I have to tell the following: •Seating areas: the place is good •Food: is good. •Restroom: is available •Service is quick •Location: is reachable with valley parkings Finally: Enjoy your time and always smile despite rudeness of some people.. … Of course I won’t come back to this place …

Our reservation was at 11:30 p.m We came at 11 ( we like to come early to ensure being seated at time ) and yet we weren’t seated until 11:45 and after talking to the manager The manager was polite and helpful but most of the staff aren’t ( and so busy as well ) The service and quality of the food were so bad We were so hungry so we finished our food for that reason only Even the extreme hunger couldn’t mask how tasteless the food was ! We used to love mamo I rarely write any reviews but I wrote this because I was so disappointed in the food quality ! I used to love the truffle pizza and black truffle spaghetti I came specifically for them but I was really disappointed to the extent that I won’t try them ever again or even consider coming back. We even ate the truffle itself alone and it had no taste at all ! ( you know how strong and distinct it’s supposed to taste, but this one felt like a plastic tasteless pieces ) We informed our waiter and he said he will inform the chef tomorrow about our feedback
