Allow me to share with you my humble experience in Maki House ...
We have already made a review to their Marwa Branch but we wanted to take the opportunity to make another review to the other Branche in Mohammdiyyah district that we talked about in our last review, so we can highlight the differences, pro and cons between the both of them, and now, let's get started...
1- Place and the design:
Their design is focused light lighted modern industrial which is calm and vision friendly, we found that upstairs is pretty cold and noisy, so we set downstairs, where the car's lights annoying you when it is parking or leaving 🤦🏻 , but the seats were causy and comfortable which made us forget the abusing cars light and focus on the good quality of the place and the fair design they have, simple solution to the Cars Lights, just a simple light shades stickers on the glass wall they have will solve the problem no big deal 5/10.
2- The hospitality:
The crew were good with their warm light nice welcome and care of all what we need following all the precautionary regulations for our safety and they were taking their time and this is good when it comes to make Sushi 🍣 and Sashimi 7/10.
3- Our order and the food quality:
We have ordered Original Miso Soup 🍲, Crap 🦀 Miso Soup , Special Maki Combina , Tempura Maki 🍤 , the ingredients were 6/10 fresh, the look was some how artistic but pathetic 5/10, the taste was delicious but the portion didn't satisfy our expectations 6/10, and the quality of the food for the Price 4/10 so far.
4- The experience conclusion:
It was a shocking experience, and it made us lift the comparison between it and the glorious Sushi 🍣 monsters restaurants in Jeddah, but they have been defeated due to the low portions they are providing also with the poor selections they have as we are talking here about sophisticated ingredients with a specific portions and standards that supposed not to be touched but enhanced but dispites all of that they are trying their best and i am pretty sure that they will note my recommendations and work it out for our satisfaction, which made it one of the good Sushi Restaurants in Jeddah city in our opinion and if there is another, refer/share it so we can try it out 6/10.
