Das Franchise hat mehrere Filialen mit ähnlichen Innen- und Außenbereichen. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und einladend und diese Filiale in The Zone bietet dem Gast eine große Außenterrasse mit Blick auf die tanzenden Springbrunnen in der Nähe.

Good coffee, amazing deserts, the place is good and staff are very friendly. The sweets are meritorious all onpoint from design to presentation including excellent service. Kudos to kuya Jun and the super for thier outstanding service

Nice menu, a bit pricey, didn't like they got my order from the kitchen to another customer then relized the mistake after the customer rouching the plate and saying it is not his.

The tiramisu I tried was great. Dessert portions are quite generous. Definitely more than enough for 2 people to share 1 dessert. I also got hot chocolate, but that really wasn't anything special for the price. Had to ask them to turn the music down as they had loud pop music playing which was not ambient at all. I could not hear my friends speaking at the same table! Groups of people go to a cafe for good company and conversation. If I wanted to go to a rock concert, I wouldn't be there. A request to the manager: you should look up what "ambient music" for a restaurant is like. This will greatly improve your cafe atmosphere.

We visited the other branch at the Zone, which located front of the main fountain, our server Tajamul were very welcoming and helpful, he suggested Cacao Tower and Sticky toffee pudding it was good choice, we seated on perfect outdoor table facing the fountain. The service was quick and the staff always around you, I just noticed that they add additional 2 bottles of mineral water which we didn’t order, also the receipt timing was inaccurate as we been there at 8 pm but the time showing on the receipt was 6:36 pm.

Life with Cacao is one of my mom’s favorite spots for coffee, especially their “Lattes”. I personally prefer the “Toffee nut latte”. The food is delicious and the breakfast is good but the menu is limited when it comes to main courses. The coffee is good but the the milkshakes are less than average. The service is amazing and the waiters are very polite and friendly. The place gets crowded at night especially during the weekends, it gets a bit noisy as it’s located within the mall. During COVID-19 all precautions and extra measures to make sure all are safe and well.
