The hotel is not qualified as rated. It's a kind of 3 star Hotel. The rooms will give old look and also they are not properly maintained. I faced a door lock issue. Also, if you call room service, they will not respond quickly. It will be my first and last stay in Millinium M Hotel in Ibrahim Khalil Road. You can easily find better and good hotel options in azizia at the same price. I would suggest thinking before you choose this hotel. The only benefit you would find is that it's in Ibrahim Khalil road

The hotel is good and everything will be fine if the hotel is not busy. As soon as it gets busy, your experience will be significantly degraded. Goods ====== Lifts Lobby Availability of grocery and barber in the hotel Shuttles (only if the hotel is not busy) Bads ==== Room Service --------------- Worst room service I have ever experienced in any hotel. I checked in on 25th Oct and until 28th Oct, house keeping was not done even once. They would come even on repetetive calls and complains, let alone daily taking out the trash and cleaning. We ended up taking out trash ourselves. Supplies --------- You will be given 2 or 4 - 250ml water bottles, according to the number of people in the room. If you ask for extra from room service guy, he will refuse and ask you to call reception, which hardly picks up the call, and if they do, they will commit to send the room service, which never comes. So be ready to buy drinking water from Mezzanine floor, or grocery stores outside as 1 liter for 4 persons and 500 ml for 2 persons is just not going to be enough. Rooms ------- 1. The room I was given had badly fitted beds (they don't really have quad rooms, they cram in two beds to make it 4 bed) making it hard for you to move around in room. 2. Main door handle was coming off and bathroom door could not be locked until pulled hard towards inside. 3. The thermostat for AC was broken, we set it to even above 30 and it cooled the room down to chilly 14°. The engineering personnel came and said it would be resolved in 5 minutes. It did not resolve, neither did anyone else came on multiple complains. None of the issues were resolved and they changed the room after multiple complains. Management and Reception ----------------------------- The processes and operations are extremely disjoint. Reception agreed on room change. When I packed everything again and called reception for room change, they had no idea about it. They started asking all over again why did I need a room change. They sent a bellman who thought I was moving out. Communication ----------------- Most of the staff only understands Arabic. They will hardly understand thay you are having a problem and will commit to send engineering personnel to your room, who will also come if you're very lucky. So, good luck trying to explain your issue if you face any problem.

We checked in in the hotel on Monday, the room was so small and with 3 beds, we were 2 only! We barely found a place to put our prayers mat to pray. One of the bed sheets was dirty with mascara, I think the house keeping want to finish early and didn't check the whole room. There was only one small pack of coffee, no sleepers, no dental kit and no bath robes, you are a 5 stars Hotel, right? The housekeeper opened the room door while we were sleeping, I woke up because of the door shut. After we put our stuff in the room and noticed all the missing things we informed the front desk before we went to do Umrah, he told us when we come back they will send it to us as we have to be in the room??? Seriously? We came back and called the front desk 3 times to ask about the dental kit and coffee. Every time the receptionist said they will send it, we left and didn't get what we asked for. We wanted to take a shower, the water was cold, we called the front desk again, and thanks to God, they sent someone to check it. We had to wait 15 minutes till the water turned warm. W left the room at 5 pm and went to Haram, came back at 1 a.m., no one cleaned the room, or fixed the beds. And let's not mention the kids' noise in the hallway. Really, we are disappointed. We didn't expect forbes standards service, but at least at good service that represents your luxury name. PS: You have a serious flies issue in your lobby. We found one in our room as well. I gave you 2 stars because you have very comfortable mattresses and they send someone very fast to check on the water.

Not a good experience. Beds are not fixed and have small wheels. They keep moving if you move in your sleep. No hot water coming in taps. Asked for bottles of drinking water but didn't receive them.
