First time I came in this place,the first impression was great and the waiters was so friendly, we had a good start with games they got us on the table clothes while we waited for our orders to be ready, the moment we get our meals it was good looking as it’s a very decent presentation and taste oke .. but we found out a hair on our European omelet and it is inside the egg,blend inside it .. we were surprised and asking the waitress to acknowledge about it, than he spoke to his manager the lady there and she came to us, instead of being apologize about what happened She blaming us and telling us in a high tone that the hair not belongs to the kitchen stuff and it’s just like our fault to found out a piece of hair , she also sarcastically showing the hair on my face like look at this, it’s your hair , woowww.. we both shocked with her attitude and how rude she is to the customer, it’s somehow very disappointing manners and I promise will never comeback again to This place no matter what, the way she handle the things it’s beyond far away from hospitality.
Thank you for Gobi who’s the real person who apologized about what happened but still this issues have to be handle to the higher management how to treat customer in a better way.
We are not looking for free meals but we came for having a great breakfast with a better hospitality.
Once again it’s gonna be our first and last time to have Meals in this place.. there’s many other restaurants they offer better hospitality and better taste than this place in jeddah.
