I had a lovely time - breakfast was especially great because of the service. Ayazla was very attentive and helpful. I asked for stronger coffee and despite the restaurant being busy, he went out of his way to make fresh coffee for me. Also, Munna was a great manager - very kind and attentive as well. Overall they created a wonderful experience and stay for us. I highly recommend staying here because of how nice the staff is.

Hotel has great location as its just next to Haram with easy access. Rooms were clean and spacious. We took the Kaaba view room which was excellent. It's partial view but can be seen clearly and seems very blissful. Bathrooms are small as compared to the size of the room. The layout was also quite old style but it was clean. Access to taxi can be done through their lowest floor which is a great help.

Great hotel to stay. Can pray all prayers in haram with few minutes walk. Room cleaning service is very good. Mr. Mohiuddin provides towels and keeps bathroom clean daily. He always asks if we need anything else and try to answer any questions we have for local services. Nice guy. Loved staying here. Lot of food and shopping options also.

The service is great. My room always in immaculate state. Clean very fast. The housekeeper at our floor 15 is Mr Faruk who took care of needs very well. He is fast in his cleaning and detail as well. Good mannerism and always smile to guests.

MD Sohel - what an excellent fellow this. It is as housekeeping comes with naturally with him. He Know his job and doing it with a smile. After he leave the room is sick and span. Nothing out of place. He actually did more than just cleaned the room, I ask him where I could buy a specific garment popular to Bangladeshi and he did not actually know but then found out and came back to me with details. What I call going the extra mile
