The seating and location are nice but the food is awful. Not recommended at all. I have tried it several times but every time I get disappointed.

Horrible experience. Went there on the weekend with a friend for dinner. We ordered ribs, Texas Trio, and the fire cracker margarita. The margarita came and it was nothing like the picture on the menu (as you can see in my photos), badly prepared and didn't taste good. Then when the main dishes came, we were told that there's no coleslaw salad, because they don't serve it at chili's, even though it's on the menu. I had to actually bring up the menu and show it to him that's it's in fact there, for him to believe it. So, they don't even know what on their menus. For the Texas Trio, the salmon was good, the chicken was ok but a bit dry and tasteless, but the ribs were absolutely disgusting! Full of fat and white pieces, dry, weird texture. Couldn't take more than I bite. It's a shame because I had a few experiences with chili's a while ago and they were good. Not sure what happened to them, but they lost a customer who's never going back there again.

Good service but bad food preparation , the salad was soaked with sauces and the chicken tasted old, the kids burgers were very thick and not cooked well, the fajitas was tasteless no seasoning, not even salt or pepper. rice tasted bland, guacamole had to be ordered and didn’t come with the fajita. I went to Chili’s all around the globe but this was definitely the worst !
