The service was bad they didn’t give me plates and forks and tissues I wouldn’t come again because of the horrible service The service was very bad. They did not give me plates, napkins, or forks. The food is not bad, but the service is hard to fill.

Although the restaurant in under staffed, the service was fast and efficient, thanks to our waiter Joseph how was kind and attentive The food is great as always (the owner should hire more people the staff can’t even catch a breath and they deserve to be applauded cause they’re working hard and running around with a smile on their face)

Unfair Seating and Disrespectful Service from Dominic. While the food at Chilis was decent, our experience was sadly marred by the actions of one waiter, Dominic. When our turn came and we sat down, Dominic tried to remove us from the table, claiming it was “reserved.” Despite politely pointing out our position on the list, he was dismissed and argued about his “mistake.” This was incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate. Being bumped despite waiting patiently really put a damper on our evening. Dominic's unprofessional behavior and disregard for fairness is unacceptable. While I hope his mistake was genuine, his dismissive attitude left a sour taste. If you value prompt and fair seating, I recommend approaching this restaurant with caution. Until management clarifies how they handle waitlists and addresses concerns about unprofessional behavior, I unfortunately cannot recommend it
