Worst experience ever at Chef's. We sat upstairs. A person came and told us that we can't sit upstairs. Then 2nd person joined him. While upstairs was not even crowded and nearly all tables were empty. There two attendants keep arguing with us that your food is on table downstairs, you have not told us that you want to sit upstairs, while no one asked about our sitting while placing the order. Then they argued that its for families, while no sign or billboard of Family section was there. After arguing for like 10 minutes that we need to sit upstairs, want chairs with back and we can't move for useless reasons we asked them that we don't want to eat and leave, on which they refused for refund too. Finally we have to come downstairs and they bring us chairs with back downstairs, all our food was laying on an empty table and it was cold enough. We ordered burgers, fries and brisket. Fries and brisket was hard to eat due to being cold enough. Chef's should train their staff how to deal with customers and how to give good customer experience. Attendants didn't bad mouth with us though, but disappointed enough and would see if we want to visit this branch ever again or not.
