Cashmere Restaurant I think without any doubt this should be one of the top best hidden Pakistani restaurants. I was surprised to know its been in Jeddah for 27 years. But never heard about it. The food is the best I had in any Pakistani restaurant with respect to its balance between flavour, taste, aroma and spices. The ambiance is small but very instagram look, and simple not too fancy but comfortable and relaxing. The customer service a bit tat slow. Not too high rolling restaurant by any mean, but in terms of taste of food and value for money 10/10. We have ordered 5 items: Potato Samosa (Sorry we were starving so need a quick relief) they are not oily. The sauces given were amazing in taste and flavor. The main dishes: Cashmere Mehal It was creme chicken in Mint and other herbs not too much minty. Perfect taste with different touch. Chicken Fried Rice: Normally due to oil the rice and other vegetables lose the taste in it. I personally tried it, but my wife was telling, it was less or appropriate soya sauce which gives each ingredient within it gives it own taste flavor and aroma and is definitely different from all the known Pakistani restaurant. Behari Boti: I would say it was the real game changer, the spices were just perfect, they didn't over or under cooked. It was so well balanced that I think I never had such balanced Behari Kebab ever. The meat was super tender and not rubber like, the taste of the meat was splendid. Keep in mind, we have ordered them not to be Spicy, so if you are Spicy lover, please mentioned separately so they can addressed it accordingly. Mutton Karhai We ordered it to taste it, but didn't get the space in the belly to fill it up. We ordered Mango lassi which was quite decent and not exceptional but certainly not average as well. In the end we ordered Zafran cream sweetdish. My wife is not at all a sweet dish lover, but she loved the every bite of it. It was creamy and a bit soft on the top. Perfect sweetness and taste. The restaurant is owned by some Saudi Pakistani, who had it before in Riyadh. I would rate it: Taste 9/10 Ambiance 8/10 Customer Service 7/10 Value for money 10/10 Total bill was SAR 200 with VAT.

I ordered Bihari kabob, green salad and potato samboosa. All was excellent. Bihari kabob’s spices were milder than you would expect in a Pakistani restaurant. Next time, I will order extra spicy. Green salad was much better than a usual from a Pakistani restaurant. Samboosa was excellent as well (not too greasy).
