Restaurant Avanguardia - Madinah Nicht abgeholt

I don't know about the normal days..but in Ramadan I will not recommend this place, The iftar buffet was very poor, not like their posts, all dishes are empty and when you complain they are saying "the people ate too much".. What i see that they are hosting a high number of people but preparing very less dishes.. I will not visit this place ever...

Okay so, this is an update to my first review Yeah, I decided give it another try. This time on a Friday after Jum'a, just to see if the atmosphere and menu selection for lunch (this time) was better than my breakfast visit. I must say, this visit was a whole lot different. We were able to order from the entire menu. There was no music (at first). About 3/4 of the way through our meal, when a large group (family) came in, they turned on the music. Although, we could still speak and hear each other, I found the desire for them to turn the music on, annoying, coupled with the large group seated next to us with crying small children ? Our meals were delicious. (see pictures below) Our drinks were served late (after some other customers that had come in 10 minutes after us). ? We had only ordered a sprite and a peach ice tea. The other customers had ordered ice coffees ? I mentioned this to the waiter (who seemed afraid), because we were still waiting on our drinks. He apologized and tried to get the attention of the barista. We eventually got our drinks. After our meal, we ordered dessert (carrot cake) and coffee. The coffee is awful ? I sent the first one back, White flat, because it was too strong. I exchanged it for a Latte, which tasted the same, but not as strong. I believe they use the same type of coffee for all the types, just charging more for some based on the name. والله أعلم The carrot cake (my fave food) was delicious ? I was impressed. الحمد لله Over all rating: 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere 4/5 (ditch the music) Service 4/5 (barista needs to do better) Food 5/5 Drinks 5/5 (tea was delicious) Would I visit this place again? Perhaps, but not for breakfast, for sure. ---------------------------------- This place has been on my list of "want to go." I was invited to joins some friends for breakfast, so they chose this restaurant based on its ratings. The place is clean, nicely decorated, tables are spaced, staff is attentive to customers. The breakfast menu doesn't really consist of the usual breakfast choices. The only thing close was Shakshukah. We were confined to ordering sandwich (brioche), salad and pizza. All were delicious الحمد لله I give this place only 3 ??? because of the music. People don't need music to eat and have conversation with the others at there table. It actually causes people to have to speak ?️ louder in an attempt to be heard over the music. There's no need for music if the atmosphere, food and service are good, people will enjoy In addition, this is Madinah, a blessed city. Show some respect, please. We ordered: ⭐Ratings Cowboy Brioche 4/5 Aloha Chicken salad 4/5 Tuscany pizza 5/5 Lebanese Lemonade 2/5 Would I return? As long as there's music, probably not.

Excellent menu options, lovely ambiance in the restaurant and friendly staff.

Food was quite delicious but the flavour was a bit bland other than the service was perfect and the atmosphere as well
