Very good stay at this hotel. During my stay there was only one lift working from the hotel lobby to the P3 and P4 floors where the shops selling food were. Wish the building maintenance crews could work to get the non working lift back in working order. Also very friendly service staff Shahril making sure we had enough bottled water and other supplies.

A great hotel with a range of rooms with a good view. The location is in the clock towers. So, it’s directly linked to the Haram. If you’re a new visitor, you might get lost a few times because the elevators are a bit complex but you’ll get used to it. The restaurant food is very diverse and delicious. Thanks to Chef Hussein for his selection and kind hospitality. Don’t forget to try Om Ali. It’s perfect!

A wonderful experience overall! The variety and taste of foods at breakfast was amazing! Najimol was very kind and helpful during food service. The hotel location is prime for being very close to the Haram, and decent rooms with a number of services provided.

The hotel is a vast place. It has many activities downstairs and has a great view. I especially enjoyed the hotel food. Chef Imran is a great cook and possesses great customer service skills. I will definitely come back here again.

it was just wonderful and we really appreciate the buffet of Chef Useyni, he deserve a special star as an chef. Always looking at if we are fine and make a special extra couscous for us. The reward will come from our Prophet for him ????????
