Regarding how clean the hotel is, it’s clean. But the only annoying problem is, any where you go you smell cigarettes. In the hallway and in the rooms. They must ban smoking or change their air conditioner.

The location was great, the staff were great and the rooms were good. The size of the rooms is good and parking is available most of the time. The area is vibing and we accessed most parts of Jeddah from this hotel quite easily. The hotel had most facilities and toiletries were topped up daily. Any issues were addressed very quickly. The check in lady was great and fast.This hotel has the potential to be great but its let down by the management of the property. One of the kids got locked in the bathroom because of a dodgy handle/lock, our shower had a shower curtain on it but this corner shower was too small for that, so it stuck to you everytime you showered, it should have had a glass door of some sort. The shower head was cracked but it was not noticed. There was a terrible smell coming from the wardrobe which made our clothes smell. We informed the hotel about the locked door and shower head, which the immediately came to fix but we shouldn't have to tell them about everything. These things should be picked up during the cleaning process. The shower curtain must be the idea from someone who has never taken a shower in that shower. When we wanted to check out, we called and were told that it would take them 5 mins for them to get our luggage, as we were running late, we took our own luggage down. When we got downstairs, the bellboy was standing at the checkin counter. He didn't even help us with loading the luggage into the car. For some reason the lady on checkout wanted me to mention her name on here but I wasn't sure why.

We booked the banquet hall for a wedding, as well as the small conference hall and a suite to stay one night. All services were excellent. The young lady in charge of the banquet hall, Ms Shahad was a lovely person to work with who attended all our needs and was very professional in keeping in contact with us throughout our planning, as well as the evening of our wedding. The gentleman, Mr Akram who arranged for the men’s gathering in the conference room, was just as accommodating and welcoming throughout our event. These two individuals have charming personalities and know how to treat clients well. They were very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and requests. The suite was roomy and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay and/or hold an event.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We are pleasantly surprised on how it has gone down hill. It was not cleaned properly from the previous guests and one bathroom has plumbing issues. We couldn't use its to shower as the dirty stagnant water never went down the plug because it was blocked. Even the stand in shower didn't function properly. On both occasions we've had such a peaceful comfortable nights sleep. It's well decorated organised although personally in the master bedroom I think some extra furniture has been placed in there which doesn't fit well in the room. I must mention that they don't prohibit smoking in the rooms. Therefore, the smoke filled hallway and smell in the room was off putting for us on our previous visit. Maybe this has been rectified this now as we didn't have this issue this time. However, the hallways smell VERY damp and unpleasant. Even the room absolutely smelt like sewage but I believe this is because of the blocked drain. The mould in the bathrooms was disgusting. Definately was NOT worth the extortionate price for what you get. The receptionist could not speak English when I tried to inform her about our experience on the phone and upon leaving. They also wasn't welcoming at all. There is no proper parking. No shaded parking facilities. There was ripples in the carpet which was really dangerous. Please refer to the pictures.
