Overall the hotel itself is quite good. New and modern. However the problems begin as soon as you check in.
The elevator is terrible, it's just a joke, sometimes you have to wait for 5-10 mins for the elevator to come and then you find out that the ppl inside are actually going up and not down (although you presses down btn). No logic, absolutely. Sometimes it just passes you by, although you wanted to go in the same direction. 5 Elevators for each side and no logic whatsoever.
Room service is ok, could've been better for a 4 star hotel. Sometimes the cleaner forgets to give you napkins or water. That's bearable.
The WiFi, omg. Look if you want to stream netflix or work on your laptop, buy a big internet package from stc and don't use the WiFi. Forget about the existence of WiFi. 5Mb/s, amazing. Good job! I also had to come down to reception for WiFi credentials because mine didn't work and the receptionist had no idea why.
The bus service is good overall. The amount of busses is mostly sufficient.
The room itself is comfy, but the mattress is huge, who in the world needs such a high mattress? WHY? The walls are thin as paper, I can literally hear how people move in the next room. There's a router in every room. You know what's funny about this? That in the end you are gonna have a weak WiFi connection anyways.
The dining, is ok. Not too fancy and tol shaby.
I mean, listen, the hotel is actually good, yea. But the way it's all done and managed.. it's not a 4 star hotel level to keep it simple.
P.S: we once had an alarm "test" at 3:00 A.M. Who in the hell does an alarm test at 3:00 A.M? That's insane.
