Rooms and location are great. but the 2 staff in the reception saudi wowan and the guy at graveyard shift!??? Brainless people ive ever met very unprofessional and they shoudn’t be there they need to go back to school to learn Great manners. Hope the management retrained this kind of employees. Very bad image !!!!!

The service and facilities are not good... Reception never explain evrything he just thinking about the money income and not approachable very bad experience never ever try again to this kind of hotel... Bad experience hope to check it by the management;

The location was awful, parking was hustle, no rump for wheelchair, the smell was ugly, the building was very old, lift was very risky and making noise, even though I booked a room for two people,we got breakfast for one Pearson and was very poor Breakfast. As overall I will never go again.

No hotel parking. Breakfast not available as a buffet. You have to call someone who is not responding to get the breakfast to the room but nobody told me that during check-in. Bathrooms should be renovated because there is the old dirt, leaking shower. Loud air conditioner. I got a room where it was smoking before. Nobody asked me about it during the check-in. In general walls and bathroom door should be repainted.
