Bad front desk experience Not supportive Asked for tax invoice and she couldn’t issue it and when I asked for a normal invoice till I receive the tax one she said I won’t receive the tax one

- They charged me for breakfast even though breakfast was included in my booking. (I expect it to be paid back) - The booking stated suite with a balcony (false) - Room had 2 flies inside. - phone in the bedroom is not working. - bad smell from the bathroom. - I had to call for towels as there was none. - after showing them my confirmation email proving that breakfast is included they stuttered and couldn’t answer - shower is extremely small and dirty tiles/grout (photos attached) - breakfast was shocking too (photos attached)
