Beautiful hotel. Definitely, I will visit it again

We went to this hotel on Eid days. location was fine but the whole experience was a disaster especially with their online booking. I tried to book a room thru agoda and when we went to their location they are claiming that there was no reservation done and insisting by their manager Archie that the property number was not the same with what tegistered in Agoda. Since we tracelled for long hrs we paid one room as walk in and tried to ask agoda for refund but ofcourse they did not do it because they're claiming that we went to the hotel and checked in then as days go by we asked help from this filipino manager named archie and he said he contacted agoda and updated the property number and we should wait for the wholesaler to give the proof that we booked from agoda. then he told me to request a refund from agoda which i told him many times that we did and we also sent the invoice that we paid them during that time. and until now they did not refund anything. there's fishy going on with their business. Hotel rooms were quite old so not really a pleasant experience for us. I've waited for them to hlp us for the refund and yet they just ignore our queries so i guess they deserve this kind of review because this is the truth. just try other hotels near corniche or resorts.

The room itself was not the most luxurious I've ever seen, but it was clean and comfortable, with a cozy ambiance that made me feel relaxed and at ease. I had the pleasure of having my breakfast at the restaurant, and I have to say, I was impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They were attentive throughout my meal, ensuring that I had everything I needed and answering any questions I had about the menu.

The food was very tasty and the service was really great,speacial thanks fro the F&B manager Mr. Islam.
