Booked a premier apartment for extra price but was given a lower room category. On informing the reception initially was lied to that it's higher category even though the hotel staff acknowledged that it's a lower category and the pictures and description on the hotel website was different from what I was given. Eventually they accepted as well and said they would contact the manager. It took 2 hours for all this and was amazingly told by the manager again that it's a higher category room and nothing can be done about it. Very very disappointing , dishonest and non professional attitude of the manager.

- Main reception: Friendly and helpful staff, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. - Reservation: Initially, there was a discrepancy with the payment not reflecting in their system, but it was eventually resolved after contacting the sales office. - Service: The hotel seemed understaffed, causing delays and wait times, especially for room service. - Room: Clean and comfortable, but poor insulation led to noise from neighboring rooms. - Location: Excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The main reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were issues with the reservation process, the service was lacking due to understaffing, and the poor insulation resulted in noise from neighboring rooms. Nevertheless, the hotel's fantastic location made it a convenient base for exploring the city.

We were really pleased with our stay as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many activities of AlKhobar. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. I was greeted by the General Manager who was very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely will return and will recommend this establishment.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in the 2BR apartment. Service is great and very attentive and welcoming staff any time of the day. Location is great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast has good variety. The apartment had a fully functional kitchen and a spacious hall but somewhat small rooms. Only negative is the weak water pressure in the shower (it was also difficult to control as it kept changing from hot to cold and cold to hot which was very frustrating).
