The lady at the reception was very hostile and did not give me a refund even though I wanted to checkout after 10 minutes of paying. I will never return to this horrible place and they ruined my day. I wasted 24 BD for the booking and did'nt even use the room because of their horrible attitude. GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED and it is not mentioned in any online booking platform. Their low price is a scam for first time hotel stayers. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you have another option and especially if you need to make any changes to your booking or any cancellations.

The quarantine stay here was the worst stay in my life. The Lebanese management treat expatriates like caged cats and dogs. They charged 185 Rials per room with 3 times meals. Wifi speed was slowest I have ever seen. Meals given were of worst quality. No roti, paratha, just Lebanese khubz with curry. The other non Asians were allowed to go out of the room, meet their friends in thenlobby everyday, but Indians, Pakistans and Bangladeshis were treated like third world slaves and not even allowed to open their rooms doors, let alone going out. These people are exploiting this chance of earning money and treating Asian quarantine guests very badly. I left this hotel totally disappointed and mentally grilled. Worst in a lifetime experience. Do not book this hotel for institutional quarantine even by mistake.
