The restaurant is nice but crowded, also some type of food finish they didn't spply it again

Great location and great service especially Ms. hadeel she was so nice and make our stay more comfortable ? My only comment was the facilities provided for guests on the 4th floor (the coffee shop, and the kids play room ) they all need redesign and refurbishment

It was perfect stay but there are 3 comments There should be more isolation from the main street noise Water pressure is very low Breakfast buffet should have morr freshness and variety of food

I visited the hotel on October 16 and 17, and the experience was very excellent and the location is very excellent Pros: 1- Location 2- Cleanliness 3- Room service 4- Reception helpful (Nouf) Cons: 1- There is no insulation and there is noisy and noise 2- The bed was uncomfortable My rating is 8.5/10
