Decent hotel, which is approx 8 minutes walk to the Haram. Beautiful lobby and entrance. Rooms are decent size and were clean and tidy. Service is responsive. The only comment would be that the bathroom was a bit small and outdated, with a continuous smell from the drain. The price was very cheap compared to the other hotels so I would say it was value for money.

The hotel itself is good but the people working there are very cold and not helpful at all. My sister fell sick during the night with acute pain. I requested for a wheelchair but was denied one. Worse still was when one staff was willing to help me, the other staff members reprimanded him. That is so cheap.

We were a family of 6 & stayed 2 nights & 3 days at this hotel. From checking in to checking out everything thing went very well, Our stay was very comfortable, room service was readily available, Hotel staff was helpful. The hotel it self isn't more than 5 minute brisk walk from Masjid e Nabawi. Will we come to this hotel again, Absolutely Yes!

The experience is very good and i would like to repeat it very soon. the hotel deserve its legacy. i have only two points to improve. first the toilet slippers were bad to be used even they are new so i bought better type. secondly related to safety issue that happened to me while i was sitting inside the room i has heard an abnormal sound and because i am electrical engineer i found it because of the plug of lamb shade it was dangerous and who know it could cause a fire , the area around the fuse of the plug was totally dark. i hope maintenance staff make regular inspection for the rooms before and after every booking

We had an amazing experience. Firstly we arrived early and they were kind enough to give us a free upgrade!! They constantly checked in on us making sure we have everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
