Rosemary

Had a lovely stay at the Rosemary. Exceptionally clean, friendly staff and nice amenities. We enjoyed the balcony and beautiful view. We had an issue with the TV, and it was fixed promptly. Price was acceptable, and well maintained. New carpet being delivered as we were leaving. Thank you Rosemary.

location is nice , lovely scenery , quiet area Disliked · : communication with the guest is bad , first of all ,i came for 2 nights and i asked the reception to make up the room but they did not do anything !! in addition, i asked reception to replace one light fixture in the main bed room but they did not fix it - and when i asked the reception about Taif attractions ,they did not provide proper support which is really poor!! the breakfast is always the same, the hotel should contact the guest regarding the preferences for the breakfast. i found the hotel rigid in this regard the worst thing was the water heater, i paid huge money to enjoy the Bathtub but the hot water only lasted for 7 minutes, i asked the reception to sort it out but they could not fix anything!!!

Place is new and impeccably clean. Staff is very accommodating and welcoming. Located just a short drive away from Taif with beautiful views around. Next door there is a big nature park with hiking trails and picnic areas. Rooms are large, beds are very comfortable and breakfast is very tasty.
