Convenient location to the airport, excellent breakfast service. Gym is a little dated and could do with updating. Great pool and lounge space when reopened after Ramadan for Eid. Convenient for a short stay

I had a business dinner at the market place restaurant and I was surprised by the Hospitality and Kindness of the Jean Maniel Ramon. I have not expected such welcoming and caring and attention to details from any waitress and I was impressed. The food was good little expensive but Jean offered us a discounted without asking for it. Thank You Jean

Me and my friends did not have a great experience in the arrival reception. Nothing was explained to us upon check in but the breakfast. We did not know that there is a SPA that we can use during our free time. We only found out when we asked someone in the fitness center that there is a SPA that we can use but it is already too late and it was now closing. I hope this amenities can also be shared during your check in so that all guest are well informed. In terms of the rooms, it was beautiful but I have when I remove the key card it will have a fee seconds before the lights when off… So that I can still see because its like pitch black during at night. And during the morning, I was woken up by people walking in the hall way. I hope that it can be somewhat soundproof so that the guest will not be disturbed during their stay. I had a great breakfast. Very accommodating and Jolly when you enter the breakfast corner. Thanks to the nicest staff. Thanks to Jojo, Jean, Aivy, M.J and Karen.

Quite a pleasant airport hotel. i didn’t notice any airplane noise despite being so close to the airport. Amenities like pool and gym were good and functional. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable. Food was satisfying. But what elevates the hotel is the service. Staff were nice and always smiling. They were very accommodating to requests- from really late checkouts to off the menu food requests. It’s a bit far from the city but for business trips I will highly recommend it.

This is one of the best airport hotels we have been to. The location is good, it's a few minutes drive from the airport. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable as it should be. But I was most impressed with the bathroom and the products in the bathroom. Being a woman, I'm always underwhelmed by those small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The hotel had large pump bottles with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all made from natural ingredients and essential oils. I was able to actually wash my hair with the right amount of product. The hotel has a lounge with some drinks and snacks, there's Starbucks and Baskin Robbins ice-cream in the hotel lobby. There's a pool incase u need a refreshing dip before your next flight!
