There's no service in the hotel just a place to sleep

First of all it was really hard to find the hotel as totally mentioned wrong in google maps and booking.com. When I reached they said they don’t have any room and they were overbooked. They offer me another hotel which I refused they told me to contact booking.com I said no I’m not going away as I have booked the room in advance and you got my credit card information. Me and my wife were waiting there for a very long time and refused to leave the hotel. Finally I decided to make a complaint to the ministry of hajj and Umrah and then they got scared and give a room in the nearby hotel. Very bad people who didn’t even realize that we travelled 20 hours while fasting in the holy month of Ramadan. I would ask Google Booking.com to ban and remove them from their list

It was a very very verry bad experience there Was no arrangement between the hotel and booking.. We had confirmed booking and when we arrived there was no rooms.. After one hour they gave us a very dirty and bad room. I will never go back again to this awful place
