Worst hotel ever visted 0 hospitality and the bell men Abdul/Abbu Sufiyan very bad behavior, no manner and very bad attitude. Every visitors are complaining for the bell boy but the reception person are also not responding anything worst hotel in Madina don't book this hotel and take strict action against the bell boy Abdul/Abbu Sufiyan

Worst hotel for the price they're charging. People who come here have no etiquettes , rooms are shady , and the ambience is very bad, don't book this even if you don't find any hotel better to take something far than this. I wasted my 400sar on this place, very disappointed to come to this place!!

The beds are very dirty!! And it makes me feel itchy. There is a hair in my bed and I wont be shocked if the bed bugs did bite cause all night I’m feeling itchy. The service was so bad that when mom called they literally hung up on her. If I could give a 0 rating I genuinely would.

Room was fine, Location was amazing as I was able to see the prophet’s dome (May peace be upon him) through my room’s window. The staff is extremely rude and not at all helpful. It took them 3 hours to hand over the rooms keys at the time of checkin. The wifi was not working in my room but no one showed up even after I raised a lot of queries. Would suggest to look gor another option.

Why is the hotel so disgusting? People pay good money they deserve basic hygiene,DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT. There is hair on the bed sheets , the floor has marks and is dirty, it is very itchy.It is Not worth your money.They dont give you fresh toilet rolls they all looked used and doors have mold.If you are going to spend so much money on a hotel DO NOT LET IT BE THIS ONE.
