do not trust this website they are not trust worthy i make booking through this site but when i reached to hotel the hotel manager denied my check-in later on OYO did not refund me.

I traveled about 1000 kilometers by car and arrived tired. After I arrived, the reception was empty, and there was no one. I got the manager's number and spoke to him, but it was useless. I waited about an hour and a quarter until the reception came, and he did not even initiate an apology or anything else for the delay. The value of the reservation was approximately 11 riyals more than my reservation in booking. And all this gave me a bad impression. Then I went to the washroom and went back to the apartment, the door wouldn't open, and the worker tried for five minutes to open it. I took a shower and was surprised that there were no towels. And I have my clothes. When I turned to iron the clothes, I found that the ironing wire was cut off. The cleanliness is not average and the furniture is worn out.
