I took a new or renovated apartment. Anyway, it is clean again and again compared to the other apartments in the area. It has a nice view and is worth its price. The receptionist, Shahad Latifa, is amazing and her dealings with customers are amazing. She is the reason I extended my stay and anything I ask for is not shortened.. Every time I come to Al-Baha, it will be my first choice for accommodation and I hope to maintain the same level. And for the better ⭐️

Truth be told, the place is very clean and tidy The furniture is all new The receptionist is respectful and courteous We stayed for two nights and, thank God, our choice was successful Their new location is excellent, in the center of Al-Baha, everything is close to them The Boulevard, Raghadan Forest, Al-Hossam Park, restaurants and services are all just 5 to 10 minutes away. My experience with it is safe:- The reception was excellent, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner was very cool and quiet Negatives :- - There was a festival near the hotel, and it was very loud with songs, and the sound continued until 3 o'clock in the morning. - There were insects and cockroaches in the room, which annoyed my children
