We stayed with no hot water in the shower and toilet for 4 days, and the team wasn't cooperative. This is totally not acceptable, and an official claim was raised to the authorities

I don't know how this hotel got a 4-star rating! It doesn't deserve more than two stars. It was a disappointing experience. The hotel has no hot water. The bedding and carpets are very dirty.

I've stayed in many hotels of the Accor group to date, in different places of the world. I was satisfied with all of them. But I'm extremely angry and unhappy to meet this hotel. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life! There are so many problems that I don't know which one to start with. There are no windows in the rooms, the air is extremely dirty and humid. This is the biggest scandal. The rooms are so old that even the toilet doors do not close. You will visit Dammam, please stay in another hotel. You won't meet worse than this hotel!

While staying at the hotel, I encountered an inconvenience due to scheduled maintenance that left me without water in the bathroom for a period. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had communicated this maintenance schedule in advance, allowing guests to plan accordingly. I hope they can improve in this aspect for a better guest experience."

This is a review of the hotel and their staff. Hotel: Did not allow me to avail a room despite having paid for it and a confirmed booking and reservation. They simply overbooked my reservation because another client supposedly booked all rooms due to Covid. In 2023, Covid. Blatant lies. Staff: The gentleman at the counter was extremely arrogant and kept me waiting for a full 10 minutes whilst he was on mobile phone chatting away on a call. After which he arrogantly tells me the hotel is full and we cannot do anything for you. Please leave and talk to your agent. Thanks Novotel for completely ruining my experience in Saudi Arabia. I’m never recommending anyone in my social circle to continue with this hotel.
