I went there for a lunch buffet. The hotel's exterior and interior is pulchritudinous. They offer valet parking. Throughout the hotel it was very clean and well organised. It was a delight to walk in and witness its lavish layout. The buffet consisted of starters, main and dessert as all buffets do. They offered various cuisines summed to Asian, Middle Eastern and Italian. The food and presentation were equally phenomenal. As for their service, it was splendid and everyone was very hospitable. Overall experience was of high-end and I very much recommend Narcissus Hotel for buffets. Thank you very much for your service and lovely buffet.

dinner buffet review: Food was fresh and quite presentable. staff were attentive but seemed stressed. Plenty of local options as well as fusion cusine which was delicious. Desert and sushi section needs improvement, however the UmmAli and Tiramisu were quite nice. you can get made to order pastas, grills etc. the grilled prawns were perfectly done but extremely salty. surprisingly tea/coffee was not included. all in all was a good experience and will visit again.

Incredible hotel. Had a large suite that was impressive. The hotel is as luxurious as it gets. Staff were efficient with great attention to detail and all very pleasant. Unfortunately I did not have time for Spas. Highly recommend.

From where to start? It is sad to have a beautiful hotel like this with a poor service and a serious cleanness problem! I had to go to the front dress to complain about it. They never clean the bathroom floor: every day I found tissues I have used the morning, my hair everywhere.. add to this that one day they forget to put new towels, one day toilet paper.... The checkout was very very bad. An Egyptian non professional guy. I did the checkout in the evening to make fast this morning, yet they were not able to find the file, the proof that I have already paid... they finally did!! Worse experience I have ever had in any hotel of the hole world. It goes without saying that I will never come back and never recommend it to any one.

The check in check out processes were not smooth - the team need training (everyone gives different bill information!!) Food was not up to 5 star standard especially breakfast. House keeping wasn’t proper! Duration of my stay was 6 nights Great location but requires a lot of face left!
