Its a very clean amd cozy place to stay , BUT when we ask where is the massage room they gave me the directions and I go there and its closed then the guy told me its open only in the morning .. Its not a big issue YET thr staffs must knew the details like that so i will not spend time looking for it then after i saw its closed ... Over all , its a good and safe place

I like the Hotel, good location, nice lobby amd the smoke smell, Arabic Coffee availble, welcoming members in the reception, nice resturant on high floor view to sea. sure i will back again in the next visit to Alkhobar

The food is reasonable.. except that the indian receptionist in the sea view restaurant is very rude and unpleasant, no show of respect. Discriminated us from using the toilet because he thought we are not there to eat. The waiter is however good. The location is good.. but they have to remember that hospitality is very important and fair treatment to all.

Stayed here multiple times. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food. But the check-in waiting time at the hall is a bit long. Overall it is very good.

a very disppointed experience: I have avail this package promo with certain discounts, but when going to the restaurant to book for 13 pax and the receptionist there realised that we are on coupon, he showed no interested and replied that they are busy on the day we want a booking. keeps shouting at us and advise to call someone to make a booking. a very rude receptionist, and by the way food are not that recommendable
