During my stay at Marriott, I encountered a problem that required the tech manager's assistance. However, his attitude was disappointing, to say the least. He was arrogant and unhelpful, which really tested my patience. Fortunately, Mr. Red Alqhtani, the hotel manager, stepped in and showed how things should be done. He apologized for the tech manager's behavior and handled the situation with class. I also want to give a shoutout to Ms. Rahf for her excellent service. Despite the tech manager's shortcomings, thanks to Mr. Alqhtani and Ms. Rahf, I'll be returning to Marriott whenever I'm in town.

The service is extraordinary. Afzal is super professional and dedicated to you. Azad (chef) is also preparing a excelent omelettes! The rooms are also large and there is a good gym and pools.

Our stay at the Marriot Executive Apartments was very comfortable and welcoming. Hospitality of the hotel staff was wonderful. We will definitely recommend.

we had a great experience at marriott executive apartments Madinah, march 29-april 1st!! We were warmly welcomed by Amir who answered all our questions and was attentive and professional. 10/10!! Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a fully functional kitchen including fridge and microwave. The room was modern and hot shower was great! We enjoyed Suhoor buffet with my marriott membership. the buffet was absolutely awesome with different options of delicious cuisines every morning. Special thanks to Nasruddin at the restaurant, who made fresh karak chai and fruit juice for us every time we came in. He was very helpful and always made sure to welcome us and chat, it was very much appreciated. Chef also came out to greet us! Amir was always there in record timing when we needed something! he was also knowledgeable with the bus routes and directions/the area. The two ladies at the front desk were helpful too. The best part was that the room came with a washer in unit. this was a splendid addition to the room!!! no other hotel had this, in fact most hotels in the area don't have laundry facilities in the hotel at all - only option being dry cleaning. This hotel even supplied the detergent!! our clothes came out almost completely dry as well. this location also had an exit to the Al Rashid mega mall, so the food court and the mall were conveniently only steps away with no need to step outside.
