I called to book an event for 40+ people. Reception transferred me to a dead line (takes ages for them to answer the phone). Called back he gave me the name of Waad who’d raps with events and mobile number. Messaged details and info on WhatsApp - no response. Waited 24hours called Waad who hung up the call and messaged to say WhatsApp only. Messaged on WhatsApp again…no response. Called reception again said I am just an operator what do you want me to do? I wouldn’t trust them to organise anything really poor management and team!

The management is one extremely careless. I asked th to do laundry they returned my clothes un ironed and not clean and 2 missing items. When I complained they told me its the dry clean problem as it external dry clean not in the hotel.
