This is one of my best hotel experiences in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. I was amazed with this property and the details and the rooms are so clean, the breakfast area is a wow there are so many things in the breakfast buffet that you hardly can ever finish trying everything on the menu. Aisa the breakfast area host was amazing. The club lounge was again very amazing and there were so many options in the club lounge from Meat to vegetarian and condiments. I was extremely impressed.

Worst stay ever over more than 20 years in Saudi !! No one is taking care of room cleaning every day and very poor response from hotel management against the issue . Hope that the higher management should have immediate intervention to improve their services. Ordering food in the room is one of the basest experiences where you need to wait for 45 minutes till delivery of simple stuff (salad, soup..burgers)

Came for a conference. Nice rooms, very clean, no smell, no noise, ladies-only gym. Nice staff, tasty (but cold) food at dinner. I would come again.

The hotel has a gorgeous interior design. The facilities are all perfect. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful (despite a minor issue with the night shift reception staff). I strongly recommend it and will be visiting it again.

Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road has a softening opening five months ago. The hotel is based on two towers North and south towers. The South tower is only operational and the North tower is under maintenance. The reception is on the Mizaneen floor and the entrance of the hotel is only from mizaneen floor the ground floor entrance is closed. They have on lounge named M club lounge which is located on the mizaneen floor and still under maintenance and will take more than two months for completion and it will be only accessible for the Marriot Conway members. The Health and Spa is on the 1st floor and the hotel has only one outdoor swimming pool for males. The hotel has 1 refined restaurant named Olive Tree and a cafe on the mizaneen floor and an outdoor terrace named Olive tree Terrace which serves drinks, sandwiches, and Shisha.
