This hotel located at sulaimanyah, opposite of the hotel has different restaurants and cafes that are assorted and delicious, staff are so polite and cooperative. Room was spacious and comfortable with sofa inside the room, I liked the view in my room, the bed and pillows are so comfortable and the soundproof was great (there was wedding party downstairs but I barely can hear the sound and slept tightly that night) I recommend this hotel and definitely will repeat the visit next time I come to Riyadh

Stayed in room 120 from 13 to 17th May. find this hotel poor value for money as I paid 170€ for a room. Room stayed uncleaned twice out of a 4 night stay. Asked for an extension of my stay in the morning, had to chase in the afternoon when I returned. I find the service not up to 4 star service, except at the bar with Feroz. Also, rooms are noisy, you can hear your neighbour having a row, poor soundproof for a new hotel.

Had breakfast again with friends and the service we received was excellent. Thank you to Farabe, Romnick, Chef Sultan, Ruby, Melissa and Chef Mariam who are all courteous, friendly, attentive and professional.Will definitely go back again!

American BF is good. Mr AlFARABE is the best person to serve. Very hospitable, friendly and cooperative... And professional. We like to come back and see him. Again!

We were craving for an early breakfast, and this place was only minutes away. Their 35 SAR American breakfast did not disappoint: good value for money, and we loved the pancakes 👌🏻 shoutout for one the best pair of service staff around here, Melissa and AlFarabe. Good job, guys!
