Bloody awful. Came here for business and haven’t slept peacefully for a single night. Don’t stay here unless you want to be kept awake by screaming families all night. Staff couldn’t care less when you ask for a quieter room & even when they promise to move you & your luggage to a new room, you come back after a long day to find that they’ve done nothing & really aren’t interested. Had to kick up a real fuss to get a room so I can get a peaceful night’s sleep. Worst hotel & customer service I’ve experienced in my month of staying in Saudi. Avoid at all costs!!!

The staff, the service, the pool, the room was absolutely amazing. The manager, the reception staff (we dealt with 4, two women, I didn’t get their names and three men one was named Ali), the waiters, the bellmen and doormen namely Faris were unbelievable. Our flight is not leaving till late they let us store our luggage, gave us a late checkout. Everything we asked they obliged. The breakfast was great a lot of options, I personally loved the omelettes and crepe’s. Highly, highly recommend the Hyatt House on Sari Road.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. My room was very clean and quiet, unfortunately it smell a lot like cigarette. The breakfast buffet is good.

Exceptional Customer Service and Warm Welcome - A Memorable Stay! I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Hotel on July 27-28 with my family, including three children, and our experience was nothing short of remarkable... thanks to the superb assistance and customer service provided by Mr. Saud. Me. Saud did a fantastic job ensuring that our late night check-in was seamless. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs, including assisting with ordering food and drinks to our room. His knowledge of the local cuisine recommendations were truly impressive. Not only was Mr. Saud exceptional in his customer service, but he also displayed a level of professionalism that speaks highly of the Hyatt Hotel's commitment to excellence. If you're looking for a place that not only offers top-notch accommodations but also has staff members who genuinely care about their guests, then the Hyatt Hotel is the perfect choice. We look forward to returning soon!

Welcome to Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The reception is on the L floor.
