High End Gardens Hotel Apartments

Room 307 was a mere disaster. First all the chairs are not stable they keep moving when you sit on them. An office desk was available in the room, which was in a very poor condition. The arm rest was broken and the sponge was showing. Also, their was a small metal rod sticking out of the chair. Why would you want to keep such a chair in a room anyway? Also, the bathroom smelled like sewage!

Very nice quality hotel, employees friendly, hotel very clean and fresh! If you need something you can call to Reseption and everything will be ready in nearest time! Good service, recommend for short and long visit!!

Hotel needs to improved service a bit: 1. it is not nice when Parking guys clean your car only when you promised them tips, but price for Cleaning is already included in a room price. And when early morning at check out some one is telling you at reception "boss yesterday your car we clen, give some money", it doesn't leave good impression. Honestly we didn't leave tips cause we spent all our cash. But we had 7 SAR remaining at reception which i gave to the cleaner, he said he doesn't need it... 2. We informed reception not to bother us at a day time, cause we are sleeping, and gues what??? After half an hour we have already fallen asleep... parking guy knocked the door?‍♂️ 3. In a room for 2 guests there are only one tooth brush, 1 piece of soup, one set of shower gel and shampu. 4. I asked to bring more soap and shower gels to the room but it never happened. Also 1. Shower is leaking 2. Cracks on the walls 3. All night long you hear some water drops from bathroom.
