Mr Mansour at the reception should have a positive attitude and should be more welcoming. I wonder how this property have been awarded 5 stars. I would instead recommend to stay in Sofitel. I will never book Habitat again.

Unprofessional receptionist playing with tax on the invoices making it overpriced. Check your invoice before leaving the counter, later even the Manager will not respond to you. Its one team.

Issue with sewer system . The dirty water is coming from the sewer and staying on the street for days . I can not tell you about the bad smell

Overall services is nill. Actually it's not 4or5 star it's 2star hotel and 4star showroom for only furnature... No proper management... So we are disappointing and not prefer to anyone come and stay here... Better look other hotels.. Because in Khobar lot of choices...
