Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. From the moment of check-in, they assigned us a cramped room unsuitable for two people. After requesting a change, my medicines were lost in the process. Despite contacting reception over 10 times and expressing the urgency due to the seriousness of the situation, they failed to find them and provided no follow-up. Additionally, when I complained about the absence of toothpaste and soap, their response was dismissive, stating that it's not standard to have them in the room. Communication among the staff was lacking, and they displayed rudeness and indifference. They mishandled important documents, losing my passport scan and, ironically, called me to bring my passport down after I had already complained about the situation. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested confirmation for a late check-out, as my flight was at night. Unfortunately, there was no communication on their part regarding this matter. Overall, the staff's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and indifference to guest concerns made this stay my worst hotel experience.

Nice hotel, nice and clean, nice view, the only thing that matters is that it doesn't even allow guests for a few hours? Why ? The rooms have very small animals like bed bugs and fleas, they bit my legs and it was red for a long time. Of course, the male receptionist does not have good manners. The rooms were very cold and could not be heated, even when the air conditioner was off, it caused me to catch a cold, I had to sit with a blanket all the time, be sure to take winter clothes with you, otherwise you will get sick from the cold.

This is my second stay at the Gulf Court and over the combined 25 days that I have been a guest I have found the hotel to be well-managed and the staff to be friendly, polite, efficient and attentive without any sense of them being overbearing. At all levels, but particularly at the level of the ordinary housekeeping and waiting staff, they are typically prepared to go out of their way to help in responding to specific situations. By way of example, I have just been on an online business conference call during which Hamza and her supervisor Shahid came to make up the room. They worked efficiently and quietly, taking pains not to interrupt my call and left the room spotless. Just what you need! My thanks to them.

Nice clean luxurious hotel with good management and staff. Met the Mgr at the lobby and the Duty Mgr at recreation Mr Michele and they were helpful and friendly. Ibrahim, Shee and Tareq kept the rooms clean and tidy. The staff at the restaurant are highly professional with dedication and maintaining nice clean set up Maligna from Nipal was distinguished in customer reception and care and all the others from the chefs and Managers to the employees made the stay wonderful. Thanks to Atom for making the right choice of accommodation and many thanks to each and everyone who made the stay distinguished and comfortable.
