Spa clean ,nice, and amazing view,,staff professional,high quality,good services and welcoming , Awesome , But that the hotel staff and specific on reception , very rudee!!!

It was really a wonderful experience for me . Last month i used to stay like 17 nights over this hotel i can recommend this place with guarantees. Unfortunately i met MR Abilash, security head over there.He is from kerala, what a gentleman. From the starting days itself he give me more care and service assistance as because of i am from his same native. Ans i notice he is very polite and loyal to all of the customers. Not only him i felt all the staffs members are very trained and polite and they are really good to serve customer. Nice location , good parking space , nice view and very neat and clean . Any ways thank you for the great service.

Friendly Staff like Geraldine and Lea were really good to us. Would recommend my friends for sure. Should have football channel in place and wifi needs to be improved.

Room: my room was very nice ? I wake up every morning to a beautiful view. The price was AWESOME! Service : the service was great. I met this lovely worker (Isha Kamara) she made me feel at home with her kind heart, and GOOD customer service. Location: good location. Close to must of the Attractions. Also not far from the DXB airport.
