The pool is open from 8.30 to 18.30, there are very few sunbeds by the pool, they are occupied both day and night because hotel guests keep their belongings there all day. Laundry services are not performed at the hotel, they are performed by a woman who lives on the same street. The all-inclusive bar serves only wine and beer, cocktails or spirits are something you can only dream about. In the bar by the sea, all drinks are paid, the sunbeds are not always occupied until 5 pm, after that they are paid. There is no free internet even at the reception, internet for a week is €15. During the week, the room was cleaned three times. At the reception, everyone is unhappy and practically does not speak English.

One of the worst service. Very bad management. Zero hospitality. I strongly not recommend this hotel.

When I came here 2020 in January and I have booking with third party , the staff there unprofessional, there was 2 of men who were need to learn how to respect the customers and been polite with them. I forgot their name. On other hand, the room was clean.
