Frontel Hotel Jeddah

It's very good. But there is very bad smile on the bathroom come to room, and I tell the staff, they do nothing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Frontal Jeddah Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The service provided by Maha and Fanan was nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was attending to my needs or offering valuable local insights, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with luxurious amenities and stunning views of the city. I highly recommend Frontal Jeddah Hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience, made even more special by the outstanding service provided by Maha and Fanan.

Very Bad, staff are unfriendly, we requested a double bed, which was what we booked for and they refused to make the change. After the manager got involved, they gave us a room meant for people with disabilities. There was also very load music playing and could be heard throughout the floor very late at night, which made it hard to sleep.

We got 3 rooms in total during our stay, we continually haven’t had hot water in one of them in the shower, the maintenance staff promptly tried to repair it three to four different times, I lost count, each time the repair was temporary and it caused a leak to come from somewhere and spread across the bathroom floor, whoever cleaned our room didn’t wipe down the mirror which was very dirty after the repair attempts. Some days they didnt even clean our room with the correct light on and we had asked them 3 times in one day. I am chalking the bathroom construction up to poor craftsmanship. The AC in the gym is either off or acting up when it works, the steam room, sauna and hot tub are all off and there are no lights up there or guidance for general use as no staff is up there. The walls are chipped and scarred on the top floor as if it’s still under construction. The water in the gym hasn’t been replaced or refilled in 3 days. One of our other rooms the AC has a very large rattling noise. I do wish the rooms had microwaves. The do not disturb and Please Clean up buttons were installed reverse in one of the rooms so you have to click the opposite one. With that said the front desk staff was wonderful, very nice and courteous throughout our stay at least. I’ve been to many many hotels and I would definitely not coin this one as “4-star” but I’d give it 2.5.

We loved our stay at Frontel. The rooms were exceptional, the staff was so responsive and helpful and the location is great, just an 8 minute walk from Jeddah Park, which has a variety of stores and food spots. There's a pharmacy across the street and an IKEA very close by.
