My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from ideal. The presence of a large number of school students on all floors turned the hotel into a chaotic and noisy environment, resembling more of a schoolyard than a peaceful retreat. It was challenging to find comfort amidst the constant commotion, both inside and outside the premises. While the location was excellent, the hotel's narrow and unconventional entrance from the back side was quite off-putting. The overall facilities were acceptable, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, the overwhelming noise and uncomfortable situations caused by the school students prompted me to seek alternative accommodations and check out early, just after one night. In light of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to give this hotel a two-star rating. I believe it is crucial for the management to exercise more discretion in accepting large groups, prioritizing the comfort and tranquility of all guests.

Stayed one night, newly built hotel, clean rooms, new furniture, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety and choices. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars, the entrance is from the back from the residential area, we arrived at night there was streetlights, it was completely dark.

One of the best hotel I stayed, very good attitude and helpful. We requested early check in and late check out. Without a hesitation they allowed and they were very polite about it. Restaurant is having good options for veg food but they can increase the menu in veg options. Rooms are little bit small. You cant walk properly but room was with very wide balcony and one of the best thing about rooms you cant listen outside noises inside the room, architecture is very good. TV channel options no english channels. Overall good experience we have the bay view and lots of flight landing and takeoff view very good stay we had .

The rooms are quite clean and neat, and staying here is always good with the view and the location. However, and for the second time, the room services is one of the most delayed services I ever requested - they are always late, non-responsive, and lacking commitment to the time requested for the services. I ask the management to work on a restructure plan for room services to make anyr resident stay more optimal and happy

Great hotel. Brand new. Free parking and great service in general. I would recommend this hotel for any traveler who wants a quiet clean place. Do not miss the pool area and the gym.
