The lady at reception Ghadir wearing glasses ( Dark Skinned calling herself the manager has no professional skills at all . Basically shouting down the phone and threatening to get security to kick us out because of a medical emergency. When i turned around and said well ok Mrs manager where was you on Day 1 when the wifi wasn’t working tv wasn’t working Phone in room wasn’t working she turned arou And said i dnt care about your first day get out now or security is coming. Also breakfast plain boring cold very limited variety eg a simple beans wasn’t on the menu. Overall a very big disappointment. She thought because she could speak a few words of English she has the right to be disrespectful. Also when i did come down to reception to complain to her face to face and give her room key she left and went in to office behind the desk . I waited a minute or 2 and then just left the key on the desk and walked off . If she had any professionalism and manageable skills she wouldn’t be walking off and hiding away like this . . I have travelled many countries and this is the first and that aswell from a Woman .. Hotels People Guest services Hospitality Customer Service are all skills professionals have not someone who wakes up from the wrong side of the bed and literally speaks as if she has verbal diarrhoea of the very few words she knows of english . Theres much more but im sure this is enough to read to make you decide on your stay here .

The receptionist lady (Ghada) or (Ghadeer) not sure what her name is, she was very disrespectful the shift before her shift told us that a room will be ready at 1pm and when i called at 1 she answered and said who told you the room will be ready cuz i know my staff didn't say that, i asked what do you mean am i lying? The i hung up. Called back again asked her if there is anyone else to talk to she hung up on me, so i called again and told her why are talking like this are you proud of your rudeness and she said did you finish talking? If you have something then come down. One of the worst attitudes she should not be working as a receptionist with this kind of rudeness..not coming back to this place shes the reason this place is getting 1 ⭐️ 👎🏼

If you have work or busy day please don’t book in this hotel , it’s such as wasting your time in everything starting with checking in and proceeding with your requests, bad management. They cancelled my paid booking because my flight delayed and I didn’t reach the check in time.??????????????????
