Centro Corniche Al khobar

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite underwhelming. First and foremost, the state of the room left much to be desired. Stain marks on the carpet were hard to ignore and gave the impression that cleanliness wasn’t a top priority. Furthermore, the internet connection was far from reliable. For business travelers like myself, a strong and consistent internet connection is crucial, and this hotel fell short in that regard. Another significant inconvenience was the unavailability of ironing service until 9 am. Many business travelers have early morning meetings or commitments, and waiting until 9 am for ironing service is simply impractical. To add to the frustrations, the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear conversations and activities from the neighboring room, which made it difficult to rest peacefully. While the staff were friendly and the location had its merits, these issues with cleanliness, internet connectivity, ironing service timing, and noise dampened what could have been a more enjoyable stay.

This is the place I love to call my home in Saudi Arabia. The rooms here are very clean and well organized.The staff are very nice and always very accommodating. They have prepared swimming pool and gym on the 11th floor. The view from there is very beautiful

Checking in was a horrible experience, group of 8 guys, and it took about an hour just to check in. Buffet breakfast was amazing, large variety. Room was cosy and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Starbucks coffeeshop inside the lobby was a nice touch.

The seaside view, spacious room, its close proximity to cafes/restaurants, and the overall ambiance are all a check! But what makes our 4-day stay in this hotel memorable are its people. The receptionist (Saudi guy with glasses) was very light to talk to and was always smiling; their lobby attendant (Amelyn) who’s soft spoken and kind; the guys from the buffet section (Ranjhit and another small guy in suit) are well versed and even went the extra mile - I asked if there’s a soup, and not a minute later, he brought the chef with him asking if they can give me porridge instead, how cool is that?; Rafael and his housekeeping staff took care of all our needs - gave us HMDI cable cause I have to work also in the room, they even hanged our wet clothes, cleanliness was also spot on! There’s Sir Ariel, who’s also Filipino, who had a quick chat with us, it was all laughs and reassuring of a happy stay. My next stay would definitely be with CENTRO too. Might try that one in Dammam next time.

Had a dinner here last night. The Ambiance of the hotel was classy and cozy. The rooftop was a nice place to relax especially during winter season. The food was a great though with a few variations. Had a crowd during our visit so we haven't got a chance to have more photos for the buffet. Overall the experience was excellent ?
