The hotel is in the far east of Riyadh, which is away from the heart of Riyadh. The rooms are nice and the hotel is luxurious, but the service is far below your expectations. I entered the restaurant at dinner time and nothing was ready, the restaurant was completely empty, and I waited for almost one hour to be served on Friday because the chef was not expecting anyone to come! ( Supposedly Friday is the high occupancy day of the weekend)

Fragrant scent when you enter the lobby. They will offer Gawa and Dates at the lobby. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive. Highly recommended for travellers.

As usual, Barira has got the nicest Saudi staff ever! The rooms are amazingly large, clean and smell great. I recommend you book there if the location suits your needs.

I spent nearly three weeks here on a business trip. We stayed in the hotel and also delivered three weeks of training in the conference rooms. The hotel staff from manager to room service are simply excellent, we were made to feel at home and received the best service. The rooms are nice and well serviced, the hotel restaurant staff were so focused on providing the best food and ambience, remembering personal touches and drink preferences. The waiters also supported our conference room, Abu, Rashad and the others were excellent representatives of the hotel. Every member of their team deserves credit, I enjoyed our stay, the hospitality and the venue for teaching. I
