I stayed here for two weeks, I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was basic but good. the staff is cooperative and friendly. Location is also accessible and all the basic amenities are around.

I had the best service in this hotel,everybody is very helpful and kind,my top regards to Mr.Amjad the supervisor in this hotel,he is one of the best person I have met,also the Mr.Jahid is one of the best person in this hotel with other, I will recommend my friends and family to you all,thank you so very much for the great service .

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the hotel is located on a busy street, and if you take a room facing the street, the noise will continue throughout the night The price is a little high, but it is useful for anyone who wants something for a short period

Very disappointing experience. For the price you pay, the client expects a better first impression than a couch with cigarette burns when he first enters the room. Parking area is terribly small, chances that your car gets a scratch is very high. No hot water in the shower, even that the heater is on. They do deep cleaning for the outside glass on friday 9:00 am, so if you are planning a long sleep on the weekend you better think twice before booking. But the star of my visit was that we got stuck in the elevator for like 2 minutes!! When it finally worked again (i had to call them because no one came after i pressed the alarm) and we reached the reception, the staff had zero reaction no sorry no nothing. You would expect a compensation after this terrible incident, but no nothing. They even didn't remove the price of the small extra bed (52 sr per night). Pillows are old and very uncomfortable. Housekeeping barely clean the room, they cleaned the bedroom but didn't clean the living room. Good thing is that the rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. I had better expectations from such a brand.

I stayed 2 nights, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet. The service was very nice, responsive and helpfull. Especially Roaa at the reception who helped me a lot, giving me tips and advice to find my way in Jeddah
