Greatest location. Ambience super. Prices but higher.

Good serviced apartments, welcoming and helpful staff. The lobby is very big and the rooms are well managed. The only reason for the 4 stars rating is that i didn't have hot water in my room since its separate system and someone should have told me that something must be switched on. Other than that its all very good.

This is my first giving a hotel 5 star rating.. Everything was exceptional - the service, value for money, ambience, cleanliness, staff, receptionists, swimming pool, everything was up to the mark. The receptionists were very quick to get the job done.. The room was good looking, breakfast was okayish though. They even treat their guests with apples upon arriving back to the hotel from long working day (never had this amazing experience before). Laundry service was very quick — i lost my lighter and asked them to provide one and without any hesitation they brought one for me from the market. All I can say that the staff of the hotel really knows how to please a customer. The only drawback was that there were no electric sockets available around the study table where you have to work since i couldn’t plug my laptop’s battery adapter around it. But they did have a small table available which can be dragged near the bed in order to plug the adapters in sockets available beside the bed..
