Best Western Plus Buraidah

I was a long-term stay guest at this property. Day-by-day their service quality deteriorated. House-keeping service is terrible. Even if you ask the receptionist to inform the house-keeping, they will not show up. Not sure if it's the issue with the house-keeping or the staff at reception who may have poor memory. The house keeping doesn't provide you with clear coffee cups and water glasses. They will wash it(only if requested) in the bathroom with the hand soap. A hotel like this can surely afford a dishwasher. So the guest has to hand-wash the coffee cup and glasses by themselves for days and weeks. They don't have a working restaurant even though the flow of guests is high. They bring in pre-cooked breakfast from their another property 'Golden Tulip". I won't recommend this place. I've regretted my decision of staying with them and giving my business to this property.

Best Western Plus hotel is a very nice place, affordable, very clean, and very supportive and helpful stuff. I strongly recommend this place as it’s also very quiet. My special thanks to Muhand, Wafa, the receptionists, and their support team.

I stay at best western plus in DOHA (Qatar) , Pordenone (Italy) , Riyad (Saudi). This is the worst one ever, very unprofessional receptionist , ver bad room service. I have to ask 4 or 5 times just to clean the room or to have breakfast which is very baad too. really I don't recommend this hotel to any one,,, go to movenpick or to rent any apartment because this hotel is a trash not because of the hotel ,, but because of the employee.

The property needs to be maintained properly, the bathrooms equipment are very old. Water hose exploded while we were sleeping. The receptionist changed our room immediately but the bathroom was the same.
