Clean 8 out of 10. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Nice staff quick check in. Free parking. Very bad lift only 4 available and always busy.

The elevator is bad, too long to wait. it's hot in the hallways. there is no table in our room. asked to bring mugs, have not brought so far. WiFi is very weak and doesn't work.

terrible service. no-one came to clean our room for 5 whole days. we had to beg them to clean it. the toilet flush doesnt work. neither does the tv. not much space in the room or available charging outlets. the bathroom is awfully designed and whenever u shower the water floods everywhere. rude staff and digusting food. the wifi is so bad and barely even works. not a sanitary hotel at all. dust is everywhere too. beds are uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. the doors are loud and the key card doesnt work well. the alarm tends to set off randomly. i do not recommend coming here.

Service is non existent and not expected. Rooms are clean and spacious, no room service whatsoever- to be fair, not advertised as such. Location is okay, I could walk from the Haram just once in 5 days and to the Haram a handful times.

Despite the hotel being fantastic the management was awful. We booked hotel for four person including breakfast but at the time of breakfast the management said that breakfast is only for one person. If the management had been fantastic it would deserve 5 stars.

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
