Me and my husband just stayed here for 2 nights whilst in medinah. i have to say we absolutely enjoyed our time here.firstly we want to thank the lovely lady in reception with glasses her hospitality was really welcoming and lovely bless her shes definately a gem the company should hold on too.sorry forgot her name . Secondly the bell boy from bangladesh ruman his service was exceptional he went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our baggage another gem to hold on too.we cant fault the staff at this hotel.everyone was so helpful and made our stay pleasant.we will definately be back again inshallah.the hotel was also located near the quba mosque and not to far from masjidul nabwi.great hotel great location.

Amazing staff, clean rooms and modern design. Small note for feedback: the restaurant can upgrade their cuisine. Quality is quite low for the price. Outside of this, highly recommended and max 10m walk to the prophet’s mosque.

After Check out within a minute I asked for 3 bottles of water, but receiption desk denied rudely, question is in the Holy month of Ramadan where is their hospitality and humanity? Very rude receiption desk employees.

We stayed in this hotel two weeks ago for two nights and we really loved every minute of that time there. The staff at the reception are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The distance from the Masjid al Nabawi is 5 mins walk and you are close to restaurants and all historical places. The room was clean, quiet and very pleasant even for the four of us to be in one room. The breakfast is great, contains lots of variations of cold and hot food and very pleasant staff. We will definitely stay in this hotel if we go back again to Madinah.

Great location 5-7 min walk to masjid nabawi, great service, many local restauarnts within walking distance. Only thing to keep in mind for families is the rooms are a little on the smaller end. Would stay again.
